Daily life3
Two to six minutes folded into things you already do.
- Practice in a queue
Five minutes standing in a line you did not choose to be in. Waiting is the one resource nobody wants and everybody has; this is what to do with it.
- Anchor at the sink
Four minutes a day, taken from time you already spend at a sink. This is the practice that proves the point of the whole site: nothing has to be added to a day for attention to have somewhere to land.
- One breath before the inbox
Two minutes, once a day, at the moment you reach for your messages. The smallest practice on this site and the one with the most immediate effect, because it interrupts something you do thirty times a day.
