One address, read by a person: [email protected]
Useful things to write about
- A practice that did not work. If a script is confusing at the point where you need it, that is a writing problem and we want to fix it. Include the page address and roughly where you got lost.
- An adverse effect. Dizziness, breathlessness, or a body scan that left you unsettled. Say which practice and how long you had been doing it. These messages are read first, and where a page needs a warning added, one gets added.
- Something broken. A timer that will not start, a layout that breaks on your screen, a link that no longer resolves.
- Permission. Quoting or translating a longer section, or using a script in a class.
What we cannot do
We cannot give medical or psychological advice, assess your situation, or recommend a treatment. Messages asking for that will get a short reply pointing to the terms, because answering properly would need information we are not able to hold and are not qualified to interpret.
Timing
Corrections and adverse-effect reports are usually looked at within a few days. Other messages may take longer. If a message needs no reply, none will be sent.
Privacy
Writing to us shares your address with us and nobody else. The details are in the privacy page.
