Stillpoint (enthused.top) publishes written guided practices. This page describes what happens to information when you use the site. It is short because very little happens.

What we collect directly

Nothing. There is no account, no sign-up, no comment form and no newsletter. The timer on each practice page runs entirely in your browser: the duration, the bells and the elapsed time never leave the page and are not stored on a server. Close the tab and the state is gone.

If you write to [email protected], we receive your address and the content of your message. We keep it only as long as it takes to answer, and it is not added to any list.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no local storage for tracking. Third parties described below may set cookies when they serve advertising or measure traffic. Everything on the site works with cookies blocked.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

We intend to show advertising served by Google and its partners so that the writing can stay free. As a third-party vendor, Google uses cookies to serve ads on this site.

• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and to other sites on the internet.
• Google uses the DoubleClick DART cookie and similar identifiers for interest-based advertising.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings.

Analytics

We may measure aggregate traffic — page views, referring sites, approximate country — to see which practices are read. These figures are reported to us in aggregate and are not used to identify anyone. Where consent is required for analytics cookies, they are set only after you give it.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to outside sources. Those sites have their own policies and we have no control over them; read theirs before handing over information.

Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the right to be informed, to access, to rectification, to erasure, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA. Children

This site is written for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it, and substantive changes are described in the text rather than made quietly.
